Even though I didn't live in Buffalo for over 20 years, Eddie remained one of my best friends.  Many of you knew him as a rough and tumble renegade but the man I knew was generous, caring and always willing to help someone in need.  He was a "one of a kind" and is truly missed by those that knew him.  RIP my friend.

John, what a nice memorial. I don't remember him too much but we were all different when we were young.  May he Rest In Peace. Holly

it is interesting that you say this john, because I recall Ed as always having been a nice person. At an age when many of us fell below the bar at being our best, Ed always rose to being kind. That's pretty sensational. My condolences to his family and friends.

I haven't talked to ed since high school.  I have so many memories good and bad. He was truly one of a kind. I'll never forget the 56? Corvette he got and hand painted it with a roller and brush. I think it was orange.  I'm sure he thought about that car for years since then
