The loss of Bonnie was an early and stark lesson for many of us that our lives are indeed finite, something many of us overlook in our twenties.  Vicki, thanks for remembering Bonnie.

Bonnie was such a gifted pianist, but more importantly, a sweet-hearted person. She reached out to everyone.

I had a total crush on Bonnie as a boy in elementary school. She as SO smart and pretty. We went to Sunday school together and to temple dance class too. And at my Bar Mitzvah we were slow dancing romantically. Loved it. She was so excellent in school, much better than I was, and a great pianist too. By age 16, we traveled together on a trip to Spain and I still had a crush on her, but she was way more mature, always a very complex person, very adventurous and adult. It was totally tragic to hear that she was murdered in her early 20's, I believe, really unbelievable. I still can't believe it. We were always in class and choir and sunday school together. Surreal. I was so sorry for her family. And still miss her.
