My warm condolences to Bill, family & friends. Anne was a proud Amherst tiger with a strong sense of community spirit! I’m appreciative of her kind hospitality at our class reunions. Will miss her greatly!

I am saddened to learn of Anne’s passing. We were backyard neighbors in our youth and I will always remember her as a kind and friendly person. I am grateful that we were able to work together on our 40th, 45th and 50th reunion committees where she was always a voice of reason, generous with her encouragement and support of our school and classmates. Anne lived a life of many accomplishments, with love of her family and grace. Our condolences to Bill and her family. We are all better for having had Anne in our lives. FH

Very sad. Such a lovely person. And a huge booster to Amherst. I remember her beauty.

Anne was a key person to help resolve issues on the reunion committees. Her head and heart were always a huge benefit our class as well as to the community of WNY. My condolences to Bill and her family. Jim R.

I had the privilege of working with Anne on the 40th and 45th reunions. I knew she was active in the community, but didn't realize the extent of her contributions. She will be missed by so many. My condolences to her family ❤️

I am truly saddened to hear of Anne's passing. I did not know her as well as the others on this post, but what I do know is that she was a very nice person, friendly and always pleasant when we did speak with each other. She was one of the dedicated few that were committed to making WNY a great place to live with her leadership in so many areas. Bill, please accept my condolences.

Anne Harvey (Goldfinch)

My most recent memories of Anne was when she and her husband hosted the summer evening barbecue on the lawn of their lovely home for the Amherst Central High School Class of 1970 45th Reunion on July 24, 2015.  Anne was her usual very warm, welcoming self, such a lovely person to have known.  Clearly from the memories posted about her, Anne has contributed so much in her community and will be sorely missed.

Condolences and best wishes to Anne’s family, her many friends and colleagues.

(Anne, with her family name “Harding”, was just ahead of me, Anne “Harvey” in the ACHS alphabetical lists, which resulted in some fun confusion)
